Wow! 2022. We have a couple projects to finish up. Then the cleanup begins. We have had a lot of fun building engines over the years. But the retirement begins. Thank you again to all our customers.
We have been putting off posting this. But after 50 years of being in buisness. AC is retiring December 31st. And we are closing the shop. It has been a lot of fun.
Thank you to everyone.
Well we have this LS 6.0L turbo motor running. It makes 940hp boost so far. The steam is from our dyno water tank.

Dual Turbo 400" LS. 6.0l cast block, Molnar 4.00" crank, Molnar power adder rods and Mahle dished pistons. 7275 precision turbos. Ls2 heads Un-ported on E-85 with Holley Dominator electronics. Any guess on what it will make? We are still waiting on the fuel pump and regulator. So it may not get power runs till after Labor day.
This was a ls3 stroker with stock 421 heads (LS1 style). 10-1 compression on 92 octane pump gas. It made 845hp@6200rpm, 835lbs tq@3800rpm. 15lbs boost

Playing with A.Cs 409 today. Features EFI that we build in house here. He wanted it to hide the EFI. So we used old Holley throttle bodies with a 0411 ECU from GM. It made 400hp with 420tq.

2012 6.4l HEMI we converted to run in a 2008 Charger. Put in a small cam and our MDS-VCT eliminator kit in it. It makes a respectable 580hp @5700 rpm. And 550tq @ 5000rpm.
We have been really busy this year. But we also have been retrofitting and updating our dyno since July. Glad to see it is going back together better than before. Now to get caught up with the way behind engines to be dynoed.

We are doing a 6.4l Hemi build for our shop car. We will be showing pictures of the parts, engine assembly and videos of the dyno pulls. It will be setup for street-strip on 92 octane. We are using a 2014 6.4l out of a wrecked Dodge Ram 2500 with 300 miles. These are just a couple of the parts for our build.
We did some flow testing on a set of 2014 6.4l hemi heads this week. They made some nice numbers with stock valves. Now making a program in our CNC mill. Dyno runs on this motor next month to test them out.
First attempt at a video of a dyno pull. This is a 383 sbc that the customer was hoping for around 600hp. It runs on 92 octane pump gas and uses our shop NRC efi system. Natural it made 475hp. With the d1sc Procharger it made almost 800hp at 5500 rpm. We put a bigger pulley on the charger to detune it to 740hp at 6500 rpm.
