Color is important part of our everyday lives, whether we ar conscious of it or not. Today, we are featuring: Gray!
One of my favorite colors! Gray is timeless! It is considered: formal, conservative, sophisticated, calm, mature and may sometimes represent security. It is a Neutral color, being both light and dark, depending on the variation and preference!
In regards to semi-precious gemstones, it has been said that the grays are a grounding stone, by helping one with an emotional, physical and intellectual balance.
Gray reminds me of thunderstorms.

Today, we are featuring: Red!
Red is considered a strong color, automatically drawing the eyes. Red makes a statement. It brings: energy, courage, compassion, love and life. It motivates! It is also emotionally intense and has been said to speed up the metabolism.
It strengthens the body, promotes will power, brings courage and adds vitality! It is associated with the Root Chakra!
Red reminds me of apples and garnet!
What comes to mind when you think of this color?

This color is associated with universal love of oneself and others! It relates to: health, the senses, sweetness, niceness, playfulness, cuteness, romantic, charming and tenderness.
Pink promotes: love, self-worth, order and protection. It is associated with the Heart Chakra. When I hear pink, I think of several things: my adorable nieces, candy and Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter!
What comes to mind when you think of the color, pink?

Gemstone of the Week!!

Brown Zebra Stone!!
This stone ranges from light cream to dark brown. I call this one the "coffee stone".
Over the years of cultivating semi-precious gemstones, it has been said that Zebra stone brings balance and helps one overcome depression and anxiety.
It also grounds while connecting one to Mother Nature, as most neutral colored stones do.
This stone also helps with meditation, centering oneself, protects the aura and increases appreciation for life! Sounds like coffee to me!
It is also a stone for Ta**us.

It's Color Time!!

When I hear blue, I think of the ocean! The Big Blue! All shades and possibly every shade of blue known, is in the ocean!
The color blue is associated with: inspiration, sincerity, spirituality, kindness, practicality, trust, faith, patience, respect, courage as well as helping one overcome fears and obstacles.
Blue is beneficial to the mind and body. It is a calming color and it is associated with the Throat Chakra.
What comes to mind when you think of the color, blue?
