There must be something you are seeing in his or her behavior to make you think this but fret not, you can make sure your child leaves your house equipped to succeed financially.

1. Make sure you teach them, how to create a spending plan where they give, save and spend so it’s always on their mind.

2. Give them as many opportunities as possible to handle money and make money decisions so they can learn and make safe mistakes.

3. Talk to them with love when something comes up that you know needs strengthening. If they see you as their partner and guide and not a nagger and boss bully they will come to you when they need help.

What can you do to improve your relationship with your children and their financial literacy?

Your financial journey with God and without Him will look very different. We tend to in include God in certain areas of our lives and sometimes there’s other areas where we don’t even consider that he needs to be part of it.

Finances can be very much a me and I thing, basically because we are the ones “working“ so we want to take ownership.

The reality is that God is owner of everything and we are called to administrate to have dominion to have a good stewardship over to things that he puts in our lives.

By including God in our journey we shift our perception and we shift our positions into his hands.

What does including God in your financial journey look like for you?

There are business relationships that are a blessing from above. I had a wonder time sharing a table with Rachel Kaylie from Law Office of Rachel L. Kaylie, P.C.. She is an amazing bankruptcy Attorney/Personal Injury Attorney.

We have a similar passion for God and to serve people in their finances. It’s so valuable to create relationships with like minded women ready to serve their clients well.

There are so many different ways we can serve our clients especially in finances. When you approach personal finances from a holistic perspective you don’t just concentrate on a certain area but take into account the persons dreams goals and financial desires.

Once you know what your client wants you then can start creating a comprehensive financial plan that works for them. When was the last time you sat down with someone and went over your plan?

Not being prepared gets us into a really big mess. These last two years have been a reminder that things always happen.

We never knew that things were going to happen like this but we did know that having a plan for lean days and or emergency seasons is key to survive financial setbacks.

The bible has many things to teach us about money and this little nugget is one of them. It is smart to save because there is a season for everything.

The summer brings harvest but the winter does not yield the same crop. In order to survive, each season calls for a different game plan.

We need to make sure we are planning for the future and doing things that create vehicles for growth within our finances. What are you doing to prepare for life's unexpected moments?

Keeping good communication for your finances is key to feeling understood and respected by your spouse, in regards to money.

One way is to consult with your spouse before making large purchases.

Imagine trying to pay a bill and all of sudden you notice a big dip in the account that you have no idea what it is.

Those purchases can throw of a budget and even make you go negative, if money is tight.

I'm quite sure that for every "I wish I could buy this or I'm gonna treat my self " purchase your spouse has one too.

So be considerate of eachother, stick to the plan and make space for recreational spending that takes both sides into consideration.

What do you do to communicate effectively with your spouse?

Not many like to talk about the raw side of entrepreneurship and all the things that you have to work on to do, to understand to organize, to live so that you can be profitable and effective.

It has become the it thing to talk about making massive money, working on the beach, on your phone, for two hours a day kind of adventure.

What happened to the multiple hats and the fact you will love somethings and hate others. You will make a ton of mistakes and try a bunch of things that dont work, you will second guess your self and wonder if you made the right move.

And yes you can and will monetize. You will see the growth of everything you have seeded but you will also have know that you did it while pushing through with everything you got.

Don't get me wrong it all worth it at the end, because when our purpose is tied to our business the wins the joy will always out way the hard work it took to get there.

But you don't have to go on this journey on your own, you can make sure you surround your self with women that are growing and pushing forward a business just like you.

Have you surrounded your self with a community that gets you ?

The first step to organizing your finances is understanding your goals and implementing them.
No two personal finances are the same. Everyone’s circumstance and situation being different will create individual plans and strategies in their finances.

List three goals that you would like to accomplish in your finances within the next 1-2 years and then look at what are the necessary steps that you need to take to get there.

For example, if you want to purchase a car setup a savings plan for that car with a purchase date in mind. Do the math of how long it would take you according to your finances.

Don’t forget that cars also need insurance and maintenance so make sure those cost are also included in your budget.

What is a financial goal that you need to work towards implementing today?
