Architect of the Month: Louis Loria, CEO & Founder — here since day one.

Some spotlights are special. This is one of them. This month we turn the lens on the person who started it all — the founder of ADG, Louis Loria.

Favorite project: Longchamp Soho.

Inspired by Thomas Heatherwick — whom he had the honor of working with directly. 🙌

Site visit essential: a can-do attitude. “There are no problems, only solutions.” Twenty-plus years of building that philosophy into every project.

Site visit tip? Make sure to have a great meal with the people involved in the project. Relationships matter. 🍽️

Travel fuel: popcorn. 🍿 (The founder keeps it simple.)

What pulls him in? Large, complex projects — the ones with a lot of issues. The bigger the challenge, the better.

Hotel detail he always notices? The level of luxury. He has a standard — and he knows it when he sees it. ✨

Music while working? Spanish Classical Guitar — on or off depending on the level of concentration required.

Favorite city? New York. Naturally. 🗽
