🎓When Chloe Frickhoeffer graduated from NC State University with a degree in Bioprocessing Science and a minor in Biomanufacturing, she was ready to turn years of learning into real-world impact. Today, she's doing just that as a Manufacturing Associate at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies.

Chloe first discovered Fujifilm while attending an ISPE event at at her university, where she was inspired to learn more about the industry and the opportunities within it.

Adding to her story is a special family connection: her father also works within the Fujifilm family!

"It's been rewarding to share that connection, even though we work in different offices. It means a lot to share individual wins while cheering for the same team."

As graduation season inspires the next generation of professionals, Chloe offers this advice to students and recent graduates:

"Always be open to learning and don't be afraid to ask questions. Transitioning from school to industry comes with a large learning curve, so give yourself grace. Say yes to opportunities that interest you—they may help you grow in ways you don't expect."

Fujifilm has been named one of TIME's 10 Most Influential Hardware Companies of 2026, highlighting the "analog charm" 😉 of our instax™ instant cameras and smartphone printers.

"Giving our world more smiles" starts with how we care for it. 🌎

This , we are celebrating the people behind the progress. The journey of our QuickSnap™ cameras doesn't stop when you drop off your camera at your local lab. ♻️

Empty cameras are sent to the Fujifilm Recycling Collection Center in Greenwood, South Carolina where our team then takes each unit apart, separates key elements, and gives them new life. So which part of the camera do we recycle?

🔋Battery: Our disassembly machine automatically removes the battery from each QuickSnap™ one-time use camera and places it in a bulk container. Full containers of batteries are then sent to steel reclamation for recycling

🔍 Lens: Any lens that is not reused in a mechanical unit is sent out so the material can be recycled for other purposes

♻️ Front Body, Main Body & Rear Body: The front body, main body and rear body are automatically removed from the camera and placed on a conveyor going to the crusher. The crushed plastic material is heated and extruded to make new plastic pellets for crafting new parts for future QuickSnap™

That's just one way, Fujifilm is ensuring that everything comes back around! 🌎
