Hidden Treasures: An interior staircase between two floors of an office building, blocked off for decades (probably dating back to when a single tenant leased multiple floors), is discovered and renovated for an existing client who is expanding to another floor. Still needs lights, sprinklers, handrails, etc., but the client will have the ability to move between floors within their space without having to use public elevators or stairs. Provides security, increases productivity, and burns calories!

Savvy building owners and managers are marketing available space in the best possible way—a blank canvas! Creating a "white box" makes the space look new, giving architects and tenants the ability to see endless possibilities! Removing all remnants of prior tenants opens the space to natural light, expansive views, and a sense of starting anew.

Congrats to our client, The Indy Lab, on their recent Grand Opening! They are already in full swing with their unique and progressive child-centered approach to learning. The new digs in Ardsley were transformed from traditional office space to accommodate preschoolers and children in an environment specially designed for them. The indoor play area is surrounded by comfortable learning rooms, and an outdoor playground (that replaced parking spaces), awaits them in the soon-to-be-warm weather! Recently completed project to install 175kw commercial generator with Healey Electric in Armonk NY. Fully operational and tenant has sufficient back-up power for any disruption!
