WE ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Many of our customers have never visited our offices on Inner Perimeter Road. We purchased and moved to our current building in 2009, and it is hard to believe it has been 11 years. After we moved in, we renovated the front part of the warehouse to create workspaces for our technical staff. SC Barker Construction (a long-term customer) did the work for us, and it has served us well. Fast forward, and the space was showing its age, and so we turned to Barker Construction again for a renovation and to make the space more efficient for repair and support work. They did the design work and assisted us with the layout and are now overseeing the actual demolition and construction.

We cannot wait to show you some more of the progress, and of course, the before and after pictures!

For the second installment of the “Meet Our Team” series, we want to introduce you to Chris Wall. Chris just recently celebrated his 14th year with CCB! He is our Senior Systems Engineer. Chris works closely with customer deployments utilizing Microsoft Server products and advanced firewall and unified threat management systems from Sonicwall and Calyptix.

Chris loves spending time with his family, watching his son play baseball, monitoring the stock market, and watching sports. We are so thankful for Chris’ hard work and dedication to CCB!

Welcome to the first installment of the “Meet Our Team” series! Today, we want to introduce you to Freddy Blalock. Many of you already know Freddy and have spoken with him many times over the years. Prior to his current role, Freddy was the first voice on the phone for our Help Desk for many years.

Freddy has been with CCB for almost eight years and has had multiple roles over the years. He is currently serving as our Support Systems Manager and is responsible for managing support tickets and our service engineers. Freddy is the “go-to” person for email and hosted Exchange issues and has a vast knowledge of Microsoft 365 setup and technical support.

When he is not solving IT problems, he can be found watching the Atlanta Braves or Florida State Seminoles, playing golf, or grilling out. Freddy is an asset to our team, and we are grateful to have him!

Today is ! CCB is proud to say we have recycled thousands of pounds of old business electronic equipment over the years. Recycling your old computers keeps toxic waste out of landfills, and it provides numerous benefits to the environment as well as our community. When one chooses to recycle rather than throw out their old computer, they help to limit the number of resources that it requires to produce new electronic items.
