We have undergone many changes over the past year and one of them is building a state of the art dental office. Unless otherwise advised all appointments will be at BLUE SKY DENTAL/STREAMSIDE DENTAL
51 EAGLE RD, A1, Avon, CO. 81620 We are located in Eagle-Vail next to RA Nelson. The office is off HWY 6, the turn for the Eagle-Vail Golf Course, Eagle-Vail Pavillion, Homestake Peak School. We are waiting on signage.

Here we are in the month of September with all of these beautiful fall colors, and they pale in comparison to our lovely patient of the month. Lacy is always present in the moment, she is kind, and she makes everyone around her feel good. Congratulations Lacy on becoming September patient of the month.

We Love having Linda in the office to hear about her latest adventure. Linda is a family friend and has known Dr. Dorothy over 25 years. Throughout her life she has seen a handful of Dentists, but none compares to the quality and care she has received from Streamside. We are Proud to award Linda with these beautiful flowers and as March Patient of the Month.
