If you are looking for location but want to stay on budget, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Vail Village should be it!
Located on the corner of Vail Road and Meadow Drive in between the Sebastian Hotel and Four Seasons Resort this condo is convenient to everything Vail has to offer including the best of both Villages and mountain access via the free in town bus system. Although... shopping, dining, indoor (when permitted) and outdoor activities are located just steps from the front door.
This condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master and two twin beds in each of the guest rooms (please note that one of these rooms can be configured to a king). The living room does have a sleeper sofa as well and features a gas fireplace, sonos speakers, flat screen TV and ample seating to relax after a long day playing on the mountain. Just off of the living room is a private patio with gas grill, small table and chairs, a perfect place to take in the fresh mountain air or grill up a feast. In unit washer and dryer will save you the energy of packing extra gear and ensuring those socks and glloves are dry in the morning. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with cable, and the living room is equipped with a DVD player as well. For those that love spending time tending to the stove or just prefer takeout, the kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room table seats 6 with an additional 3 stools at the bar. The building also has an outdoor pool and hot tub that is open year round, and underground parking with elevator access to all floors. This really is a hidden gem amongst diamonds. This condo is priced at 1/4 of the full service properties next door and available for last minute bookings...
