Concord didn't work out.... we signed a lease in Bay Point (Pittsburg, CA) and will move on 2/10. I hope to find a shop to work from there.
Looking to move over to Concord at the beginning of February... Teri has a new job in Walnut Creek, less commute for her. Nice area.
