2nd November Workshop …

Our faithful volunteer, Rosanna, led a crew back to the Ranch to bless the girls again!

We had the sweetest time together at the Ranch making dirt cake cups, painting crosses, sharing smiles, and reminding each other that God has a beautiful plan for every life. 🤎🪴

We talked about Jeremiah 29:11, how even the messy layers of life can lead to something good, and how God is writing a hopeful future for each of them.

Grateful for these moments, these hearts, and the chance to pour love, creativity, and faith into their day. 💛✝️

Chicktime Smalltown annual Pie Making workshop was fun and healing !

As the girls mixed their ingredients, it felt like they were also stirring hope back into their own stories.
Just as a pie comes together piece by piece, healing does too—sometimes messy, sometimes slow, but always worth the warmth that rises in the end. Watching the girls proudly serve their finished pies reminded us that even hearts with cracks can still hold something beautiful.

Here’s to pies, progress, and the courage to keep baking forward. 🥧

Hey Chicktime Smalltown!

We just received a wonderful shoutout from Big Springs Ranch Children’s Home in Davenport!
They are thoroughly enjoying the grill we gifted them and wanted to thank us for being such a big blessing to the children at Big Springs Ranch.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, ladies, for always stepping up to do what’s needed—and so well deserved—for these amazing kids.
Your generosity and hearts continue to make such a difference! 💕

It’s time for our annual pie making workshop! What a special season to celebrate with the girls !

We were blessed with a second workshop and this one was for the girls!!

It was a beautiful time together this month with the girls at Big Springs Ranch!

We spoke with the girls about Psalm 139 — reminding them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made by a God who knows them deeply and loves them completely. We prayed, painted, and simply enjoyed each other’s company. Moments like these remind us that when hearts come together in faith, love, and creativity, something truly special happens. Grateful for every smile, every prayer, and every seed planted today.

What a fabulous field trip for the boys at Big Springs Ranch for Children! From exploring the skies at Uvalde’s airport to enjoying lunch at Mr. Gatti’s, it was a day full of discovery and joy.
Airplanes remind us a lot about life — sometimes the climb feels steep, but with the right support and direction, we all have the power to soar. ✈️
A huge thank you to MaryAnna, Susan, and Tara for stepping up to lead this month’s workshop. Your guidance helps these boys find their wings.

Dixie and Kim from the Chicktime Smalltown leadership team recently traveled to South Padre Island for the National Chicktime Leaders Retreat!
It was a time to relax, reset, and recharge—surrounded by inspiring Chicktime leaders from across the nation. Dixie and Kim returned home energized and more committed than ever to leading Chicktime Smalltown with heart and purpose for years to come.
