Pushing the limits of an Amada Vipro.

While working with one of my customers we found that the clamp dead zone is smaller that the manual says. By adding the arcs in the clamp dead zone graphics, we can add part punch hits that normally would be in a dead zone. This has gained more parts per sheet and helped reduce cycle time.

Using WE-CIM software to generate incremental numbered tags fully tooled for laser cutting. This was done by generating the tag and each number to be merged into a completed file and saved under the tag number. In a matter of minutes several hundred tags can be made for nesting as seen.

A customer wanted a one-page setup sheet portrait orientation.

Cost saving from one part file to eight part nest.
