First, a massive congratulations and happy graduation to our incredible interns, Torryn and Emily. We are so incredibly grateful for the hard work, fresh energy, and talent you both bring to the Small Giants team every day. Watching you cross this milestone is a huge proud moment for all of us. But the celebrations don't stop there. We also want to send a special shoutout to all of the amazing graduates who are the children of our team members! Seeing the next generation of your families take this next big step is so exciting, and the whole office is cheering them on.

We talk a lot about company culture, but it’s moments like this that make it real. We spent the weekend camping out in nature, spending a few days off the grid just catching up and enjoying the fresh air. No tight schedules or agendas, just great trails, campfire cooking, and good conversations.

Margaret Kinsey, our Director of Design & Pursuits, will be taking the stage as a panelist for the upcoming SMPS Arizona program on May 28th. Securing the work we love requires a distinct blend of strategy, sharp messaging, and seamless team alignment, and anyone who knows Margaret knows she brings exactly that to the table every day.

She will be sharing the stage with an amazing group of industry leaders to dive into what it really takes to navigate complex pursuits and stand out in a competitive landscape. We hope to see you therefor an excellent afternoon of learning and networking.

What an incredible event at the Fighter Country Golf Tournament! Behind every successful outing on the course is prep and intentional planning, and seeing it all come together is the real highlight.

The goal is always to create a seamless environment where our clients can step away from the logistics and continue to build relationships. Seeing our partners spend the day having meaningful conversations with industry friends and new connections is what event strategy is all about.

Congratulations to the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona on the stellar 2026 Awards Gala, celebrating the achievements of Arizona’s subcontracting community. While the Masquerade masks and Small Giants cigar bar were a highlight, the real magic was in recognizing the leadership that keeps our industry moving forward.

A standout moment of the evening was ASA’s focus on the , and recognizing the ASA Certification Recipients. The partnership between ASA and the Academy ensures quality education and training that empowers subcontractors to lead with confidence. Seeing that synergy highlighted at the Gala reminds us why we do what we do. It’s about building a stronger, more educated foundation for the CRE/AEC space.
