A conversation with my husband after we moved to Casper that turned out to be a little more significant than either of us probably realized. 😂

Hi, I’m Anna — mom, runner, health enthusiast, Wyoming lover, and the woman behind The Lovely Lemon.

I’d already been juicing for years, starting when my kids were toddlers because I wanted to be a healthier, stronger mom. I certainly didn’t have a business plan — just a love for good food, good health, and a wild idea that now seems perfectly reasonable. 😉

Fast forward through a whole lot of produce, early mornings, learning, growing, and some BIG leaps of faith…and here we are.

I’m incredibly grateful that this little idea became something I get to share with this community every day.

Have you ever noticed this? People can be so angry after a bad experience - heck, even just a tiny little slip up at a small business and they just completely LOSE IT on social media.

It's certainly okay to want resolution to a problem, but to rush to Facebook and bash or attack that business? We need to find a way to pull back just a little bit and have some restraint. TALK to the owner or manager,, WORK towards a reasonable solution, but PLEASE do not get caught up in these knee-jerk hateful reactions which may get you tons of views 🙄....but which can be devastating to an small business owner.
