Selin Sepken earns Third Team Academic All-America® from College Sports Communicators (CSC)!

🎾The accolades continue to pour in for Selin Sepken of the Midwestern State women's tennis team. The graduate student from Turkey has been selected by College Sports Communicators as a 2025-26 Academic All-America® Team Member.

🎾 ALL-AMERICAN

Selin Sepken concludes an outstanding season with Singles All-American honors from the ITA. The Graduate Student finished ranked inside the top-10 rankings for the entire season, while reaching as high as 3rd.

🏈 GOLF FUNDRAISER

Register today for the Midwestern State Football Golf Tournament, held July 17th. All funds raised will go to the MSU Football program, with individuals costing $200 and teams costing $600.

Midwestern State Football hosting annual golf tournament on July 17 - MSU Athletics Midwestern State Football is hosting its annual golf tournament on Friday, July 17, on the Champions Golf Course at Weeks Park. Players check in at 8 a.m., and the shotgun start tees off at 9 a.m.

🎾 RANKINGS

Women's Tennis earns No. 29 ranking to conclude the season from the ITA. Selin Sepken, Emilia Gyorgy, and Camilia Garcia each featured in both the singles and doubles rankings.

🎾 RANKINGS

Men's Tennis ends the season with a No. 32 ranking from the ITA. Germano Setti, Bruno Sanchez, and Jose Marquez featured in singles rankings, while the doubles pairings of Bruno Sanchez and Juan David Duque, and Matthew Earle and Germano Setti were featured in the doubles rankings.

🎾 AWARDS

Selin Sepken has been recognized as the ITA Division II Senior Player of the Year. The graduate student went 29-3 over the fall and spring, leading the Mustangs at line one singles with a 19-2 record in the spring.

👟 ALL-AMERICAN

Kennedy Johnson earns Second Team All-American status after finishing 14th in the triple jump at the NCAA DII Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Its is the first All-American honor for the Johnson, and the second in MSU Track & Field program history.
