Spent the weekend catching up on my CFL after working on customer projects. Got the tank, fender, seat and battery tray mounted. A few things left to wrap up and then time for paint. This has been fun project as it’s something different for me with the long springer and S&S 93 knuckle. *t
Just toying around with selling some frames and parts. All come with oil tank, axle and axle block covers along with neck badge. The black frame and tank have new style oil tank without battery tray. The bare frame has fender that is shop mounted with oil tank/battery box. New FU pipes for 6-speed also for sale. Frames are $6500 and FU pipes are $4000 shipped!

Another project I’ve been working on in between work and customer projects, has been re-doing my silver chopper (frame and rear fender repainted ) and adding some new parts for a different look. Excited to get this back on the road soon! Has been my favorite chopper to ride for a long time.

Haven’t posted much lately but have some updates on CFL coming together. Almost to the finish line! Brake lines and oil lines next and then time to fire it up! *t

Final assembly has begun on 2up CFL. Looking smooth and looking forward to it being on the road.

Set the 47’ Knuckle up tonight for the show. Stop by and check it out tomorrow from Noon to 7pm. Excited to do it since I haven’t done any shows for a few years. This bike has never been shown until this event also.

Mock up is done and ready for tear down/ paint. This CFL is going to be sick . True to form and function as a rider none the less! Too many builders trying to over complicate things and redefine an already tried and true design.

Just assembled another batch of our 3 degree triple trees and always stoked to see them. Have always been proud of these with their stylish look and simple yet functional design. The threaded dust cap is my favorite as it makes it easy to install. Can’t go wrong with stainless and billet! #6061 *t

It doesn’t get any better than that for recessed mounts! Measure twice, cut once and lots of filing to make it here.

Really starting to like this build on this single downtube frame. After installing risers and oil tank, it’s coming together nicely. Going to be a unique build as intended but classic chopper style. I am leaning towards shortening and narrowing the villain tank to achieve the correct look I want, stay tuned!
