Thanks to the Apex team for welcoming us and showing us what goes into making their products right here in the Golden Triangle!

Featured Site: NorthStar Industrial Park

330 acres. On-site infrastructure. A major research university in your backyard.

NorthStar Industrial Park in Starkville gives companies more than room to grow. The publicly owned site offers 330 acres with electric, water, sewer and natural gas on site.

Mississippi State University connects the region to graduates, workforce development and research capabilities spanning aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, advanced vehicular systems, cybersecurity, unmanned systems and sustainable technologies. That ecosystem gives companies opportunities to connect innovation with the workforce needed to put it into action.

Starkville strengthens the recruiting story. The community combines the energy of an SEC college town with a cost of living below the national average. Employees can enjoy a walkable Cotton District, local dining, arts and athletics, plus hiking, kayaking and wildlife recreation at nearby Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge.

For companies thinking beyond the next facility to the workforce and innovation pipeline behind it, NorthStar deserves a closer look.
