Summer is almost here, and we can’t think of a better place to spend it.

Designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories, this outdoor space brings together everything we love about summer living: a beautiful pool, comfortable lounging areas, and plenty of room for entertaining family and friends.

There's something special about a well-designed bunk room in the summertime. It's where cousins stay up too late telling stories, friends gather after long days on the lake, and memories are made that last a lifetime.

In this primary bathroom, the view was the true centerpiece, so the design was intentionally shaped around it. Rather than treating the vanity wall as a standard focal point, we placed windows directly over the sinks to bring in uninterrupted water views and natural light throughout the day.

To complete the composition, the mirror was thoughtfully positioned between the two windows, preserving sightlines while still delivering everyday function.

The result? A space that feels open, calm, and deeply connected to its surroundings, where even routine moments at the sink come with a view worth pausing for.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Our offices will be closed today, but we wish everyone a meaningful Memorial Day as we reflect and give thanks.

This space is the perfect tucked-away spot to handle bills, jot down notes, or simply step away for a moment of calm. Thoughtfully designed to feel both functional and comforting, it offers just enough separation from the busier parts of the home while still feeling warm and inviting.

It’s the kind of space that makes even small tasks feel a little more intentional.

The kitchen at features one island that keeps things classic in crisp white, maintaining the airy continuity of the space. The second island introduces a bold, unexpected twist, deep dark blue cabinetry that anchors the room and adds a rich layer of depth and character.

Together, they create a pretty dynamic pairing!

Today, we honor all the incredible mothers and gently hold space for those who are missing someone, remembering, or longing.

Last week, our design team had the opportunity to travel to Annapolis, Maryland for Design Camp—a gathering of builders and designers who come together to share ideas, exchange perspectives, and strengthen the way we work.

It was an energizing few days of collaboration, conversation, and inspiration. Stepping outside of our day-to-day routines to learn from others in the industry gave us a fresh perspective and reminded us how valuable it is to connect, share openly, and challenge one another to keep improving.

We returned feeling inspired, recharged, and full of new ideas we’re excited to bring back into our work and our clients’ homes.
