Designed by Adige Design, this new retail façade brings a fresh perspective to the streetscape while respecting the architectural character of Back Bay.

Featuring expansive storefront glazing, black steel framing, and custom metal signage banding, the design balances modern detailing with timeless proportions.

The completed storefronts incorporate side viewing panels that enhance visibility from multiple angles, blending transparency, craftsmanship, and architectural detail into a refined retail experience.

Welcome to Residence IA and IB, the final two opportunities at Maison Commonwealth.

Behind each residence is a carefully considered material palette sourced directly from Italy by Adige, from custom cabinetry and imported bathroom vanities to hand-carved marble mantels and wood flooring. Every element was selected to honor the grandeur of Back Bay while introducing a distinctly modern sense of luxury.
