Updated spring 2023 pics, has been a very productive Hudson river bass run. Weather had been more or less uncooperative of late but Bass and herring are still in the upper Hudson in good numbers as the season winds down. All fish pictured safely released!

Launched the MI-Vi today despite the snow squalls. Thanks to Anthony Saffioti for the help and Nick Roberts’s Marine for getting her in. Ready to fish starting this weekend!

Hudson River waters are warming and there is some striped bass spawning activity. Good numbers of fish are still holding as Charlie Portis father and son landed quite a few fish today up to 22lbs

Great conditions prevailed on the Hudson this morning. Managed a few bass in keeper range for Ken, Joe Lou and Hector group!

4-28-18 So charter is up and running... seeing fish up to 15lbs so far today. Weather has been sketchy but It's been one of the better starts to a season we've seen in recent years. Should only get better from here!

With the cooler temps, and considerable numbers of herring still present bass remain in decent numbers in the Hudson. Little Aidan and his dad Matt were able to haul in several fish on todays late afternoon trip

1-13-17 weather and fishing remain somewhat sketchy but the Richard Wetenhall crew wait it out and hit a fish in the 25 # class. Warm weather approaching this week so we'll see if the fishing heats up as well!
