Prevent. Reach. Develop. Purpose

One Eighty exists to bring hope, love and opportunity to people and communities impacted by crisis, poverty, or addiction.

One Eighty equips people facing crisis, poverty and addiction to invest in healthy relationships, overcome barriers to freedom, and encounter a life of hope in Christ. Mission

One Eighty prevents crisis, poverty, and addiction before it happens, reaches out to those who are in crisis, poverty, and addiction and develops those who were in crisis, poverty, and addiction. We do this by helping people build a relationship with Jesus Christ and assisting local churches and organizations to connect with their communities. Vision

We are working to set people and communities free from crisis, poverty, and addiction. To prevent crisis, poverty, and addiction before it happens. To reach out to those in crisis, poverty, and addiction. To develop those who were in crisis, poverty, and addiction.

What a way to spend a Friday night!

The Alumni got together for sloppy joes, lots of laughs, and we got to introduce everyone to Chris, our new Executive Director. We even had a little Bible trivia competition and Chris’s wife joined us on Zoom to help the women bring home the win. (Almost 😉)

Just one of those nights that makes you grateful and we are so thankful for nights like these that remind us what community is really all about.

With school in full swing and fall upon us - today was the perfect day to kick off our Quest for Christ clubs.

25 kids gathered before school at Blue Grass Elementary today - a chance to worship, learn, pray and experience the love of Jesus before they cracked their first book.

A huge thanks to the 100 volunteers involved this year to bring this meaningful opportunity into 12 public school classrooms. It’s still not too late to get involved - message us for details!!

Getting sober. Getting healthy.

These two guys recently ran into each other at the YMCA downtown where they both work out. Love seeing our people pursue healthy lifestyles.

And even better yet - when our supporters step in to empower these healthy choices. A different guy in our program went to a local Y to renew his membership but learned he owed $90 for past due membership fees. He couldn’t rejoin until that bill was cleared. Not having the money or able to work out a payment plan, he left.

But one of our supporters’ daughter happened to work there and told her mom about the situation. Mom reached out and took care of the bill. Our guy is immensely grateful. Thank you to mom and daughter for seeing an opportunity to walk alongside someone changing their life and doing it!

It’s that kind of compassion and community that makes One Eighty special!!
