I am beyond excited to be part of this all-star Jeff Galloway team. I learned so much from Jeff and am honored to help continue his mission.
We’re excited to officially announce 4 new coaches joining the Galloway Training coaching team! 🎉
Each brings a unique background, experience level, and coaching style to help support a wide range of athletes and goals.
🏃 Brendan Twiggs – Collegiate runner and sub-3 hour marathoner (using walk breaks, of course!). Brendan combines high-level performance experience with the Galloway philosophy to help athletes chase big goals while training smart.
🎉 Cheri Whitt – Many of you know her as the “Fun Coach.” Cheri is our Chief Jeffing Officer, a longtime Galloway community member, and leads a Galloway Training Program in California. She brings energy, encouragement, and community-building to every athlete she works with.
💪 Betsy Magato – Betsy is a longtime personal coach who trained with Chris Twiggs and Jeff Galloway and previously led a Galloway Training Program with Charge Running. Her experience and caring approach make her an incredible addition to the team.
⭐ Amy Magdalein – Amy is also a longtime personal coach and Galloway pacer who trained with Chris and Jeff and helped lead a Galloway Training Program with Charge Running. She has helped countless athletes gain confidence and reach the finish line strong.
We’re excited about the future of Galloway Training and continuing to grow a coaching team that can help runners and walkers of all abilities move forward together.

Sat, April 11 // 7:30 AM – group run! Meet the crew, ask all your training group questions, and enjoy a few easy miles.
Thursdays starting April 16th – Run With Zeal App live/virtual workouts with me coaching tempo or interval sessions in your ear wherever you are running. Join live at 6 AM or run on demand later!
