The Cottage Group, LLC was formed on the premise that homeowners can have a smaller custom home without sacrificing quality, style and durability. Our smaller footprint homes are defined by thoughtful design and attention to detail, featuring quality craftsmanship and materials primarily found in larger homes such as brick, stone and Hardie exteriors, and inside features such as granite countertops and stainless appliances.

-the-Build Rough-in walk day is one of our favorite milestones. Our project managers and clients walk the home alongside our build partners, making sure everything behind the walls is right where it should be.
This Kiawah River home is starting to take shape. With framing now underway, the foundation is set for a design that feels grounded in its surroundings and true to Lowcountry living, rooted in place and designed to belong.
