💞 I'm so thankful for the clients who trust me to guide their children (from young kids to young adult) on a journey toward a simpler, more organized life.
💡 One thing I've consistently observed is that kids genuinely appreciate the calm, confidence, and sense of ownership that decluttering and organizing can create in their space. 🧘♀️🧘
Many parents expect their child to be hesitant or defensive about letting go of clutter because that's often what they've experienced themselves. However, the conversations I have and the perspective I share while working alongside children often help overcome roadblocks that previously felt impossible to navigate.🪄💙

👂Psst...there are 100 suggested ways to simplify your life listed in this book. 📖When I saw the very first is, "Reduce the Clutter in Your Life," I chuckled and knew this book would be worth the read!🤓
This version of the book was published in 2001, but almost every suggestion is relevant today. 😍
📱"Drop Call Waiting" and "Get Rid of Your Car Phone," do not past the timelessness test though. Except the author does describe both as a convenience that is more trouble that it's worth. Most days, I'd say that still rings true.😃
With quick simplification instructions spread across just a couple pages for each suggestion, this book is perfect to peruse while drinking my morning tea.👍
🎉There's more than one way to declutter a closet!
If you're not ready to part with a large portion of your wardrobe all at once, try the backwards hanger method.
✨ 👇How & Why It Works👇 ✨
👚At the beginning of the season, turn all of your hangers backwards.
👕 Each time you wear an item, return it to the closet with the hanger facing the normal direction.
👗 By the middle or end of the season, you'll have a clear visual of what you actually wear—and what you don't.
☀️🍂❄️🌷 Anything still hanging on a backwards hanger is worth evaluating. If you haven't worn it all season, it may be time to donate it and free up valuable closet space.
🪄 Simple systems create clarity. Sometimes the easiest way to declutter is to let your habits show you what matters.
