REMINDER 🌊 Our second Junior Guard tryout of he season is this evening May 28th. Make sure you are registered for Junior Guards this summer and come on out to one of our tryout dates. We will be having our uniform sale on site! Whether you are required to tryout or not, come grab a uniform onsite.

🗓 Tryout Dates:
May 31st OR June 28th

🕔 Arrive between 5:00PM to 7:00PM - no appointments necessary

Salt Creek Junior Guard participants 8+ need to attend a tryout. Walk ups welcome.

**Mini guards and Newport Back Bay camps do not need to attend a tryout.**

🏖️ PRE-SUMMER BEACH SAFETY CHECKLIST 🏖️

Before your first beach day of summer, make sure your family is prepared:

✅ Know how to identify rip currents
✅ Understand beach flag warnings
✅ Have a meeting spot if you get separated
✅ Apply & reapply SPF 30+ sunscreen
✅ Hydrate before you feel thirsty
✅ Never swim alone
✅ Know the location of the nearest lifeguard tower
✅ Have emergency contacts saved
