These last 2 1/2 years have been the hardest and most rewarding years of my life. What I have learned is that grief takes time and the only way to heal is to embrace all aspects of it. Sometimes that means taking a step back and taking care of yourself.

Everyone's grief journey is not the same. I am grateful for STRENGTH, COURAGE, and WISDOM.🙏🏽💫
