Look what my sweet campers, Larry & Rhonda J, made for me! I'm thrilled! Rhonda did the painting and Larry made the wooden base for it. I just love it! And so sweet & thoughtful. I know Wendy is looking down from Heaven beaming as well 🥰

Wendy Oaks "Military/Veteran Discount" is now 10% off the nightly rate!

I realized the other day that the previous Military/Veteran discount didn't fully convey my appreciation for active and retired military members (and their families). Therefore, going forward, all active and retired military get the best discount of 10% off the nightly rate. (ID must be presented at check-in).

(We offer a jon boat, a paddleboat, 2 adult kayaks and 1 youth kayak for campers to use at no charge. However, a liability waiver must be signed & 17 and under must wear lifejackets. We provide life jackets for campers to borrow.)

We have 7 adorable ducklings, a goose nest with 4 eggs and another duck nest with several eggs. In a couple of weeks - we'll have all kinds of babies swimming in the lake! I can't wait!
