We loved being part of this gathering with the NACE Triangle Chapter, bringing our industry community together for meaningful conversations, fresh inspiration and a beautiful evening at Baucom House.

Fall is not one color.

It is the golden light that lingers a little longer, the greens that grow deeper, the cranberry reds, warm terracotta, muted olives, soft blues and faded florals that quietly start to take over. It is the in-between. The season of slow dinners outside, candlelit tables, richer textures and colors that feel like they have been waiting all year to be used.

This is our fall color forecast, inspired by all of it.

Meet Chandler!

Born and raised in Columbia, Chandler brings more than 10 years of event industry experience to his role as Operations Manager at Party Reflections. With a background that includes everything from small private events to large, week-long festival builds, he understands what it takes to keep events moving efficiently from start to finish.

Chandler is known for his hands-on leadership style, strong work ethic and ability to lead teams through fast-paced, high-pressure environments. He takes pride in clear communication, accountability and making sure every detail is handled from load-in to breakdown.

Outside of work, Chandler enjoys playing golf and spending time with his two dogs, Chunky and Grizzy.

Meet Kathleen!

Originally from Ithaca, New York, Kathleen earned her bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and spent several years as an educator with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools before finding her way into the event industry.

Her interest in events began while coordinating for a local wedding and floral business, where she discovered a love for the artistry of tablescapes and the way thoughtful rental details can transform a blank space into a beautiful, cohesive event. Now, as an Event Consultant at Party Reflections, Kathleen is in her element connecting with clients in the showroom, helping them explore inventory and guiding them through the planning process as their vision comes to life.

Outside of work, Kathleen loves spending quality time with her husband and son, finding new coffee shops and restaurants to try and taking any chance she can to head to the beach.
