🏋️♂️ Not every home gym is built in a perfect square room.

Sloped ceilings, soffits, windows, columns, and other architectural features can make it challenging to find a mirror that fits the space.

That's where custom mirrors shine.

For this project, we transformed this wall into a functional home gym mirror, custom cut and sized to fit the space. The result is a room that feels larger, brighter, and more purpose-built for workouts.

One of the biggest misconceptions we hear is:

"I can't put a mirror there because the space is an odd shape."

The reality is that custom mirrors can be fabricated to fit almost any space. Whether it's a home gym, dance studio, basement workout room, or a unique wall with obstacles to work around, we can create a solution designed specifically for your room.

French Doors for Your Shower?

With two doors that meet in the center, this design creates a wide, inviting opening while adding a unique architectural element to the space. The result is a clean, elegant look that complements the beautiful tile work and gives the bathroom a custom feel.

When replacement glass isn't available, what do you do?

This bakery display case had a broken tempered glass side panel. The challenge? A replacement glass panel wasn't readily available, and the customer needed the display case back in service.

That's where our sister company AAR Plastics stepped in.

Using 1/2" clear acrylic, we fabricated a custom replacement panel to match the curved shape of the original glass. The result was a durable, crystal-clear solution that allowed the display case to remain in service without the expense of replacing the entire unit.

Our loyal customers know us for custom glass and shower doors but we work closely with our sister company to meet the range of needs of our customers.

The good news? A broken window doesn't always mean replacing the entire window unit (single or double pane). In many cases, we can replace the glass and get things looking good as new for a fraction of the cost of a full window replacement.

🗽 Glass in the Wild – New York City Edition

When most people look out from an observation deck hundreds of feet above the city, they see the view.

We see the glass.

Standing high above the streets, it's easy to forget that the clear barrier between you and the city below is doing some serious work.

The glass used in these applications isn't the same glass you would find in a typical window or shower enclosure. These panels are engineered to withstand tremendous wind loads, weather exposure, and the everyday wear of thousands of visitors leaning against them.

One thing that caught our attention was the thickness of the glass. When you see the edge of these panels up close, you can appreciate just how much engineering goes into creating a structure that feels almost invisible while providing an incredible level of safety.

The goal of great architectural glass is simple: provide protection without obstructing the view.

Mission accomplished.

That usually means the seal on your insulated glass unit has failed.

The good news: in many cases, you do NOT need to replace the entire window.

Most double-pane windows are made with a replaceable insulated glass unit (IGU). That means we can often replace just the glass portion while keeping your existing window frame in place saving you a significant amount compared to full window replacement.
