It was awesome seeing everyone get after it today! If I recall correctly half the meet was first time lifters! S/o to all the athletes and their courage to get up on the platform and give it their all today.

This meet reminded me why I love powerlifting: the people. Reconnecting with friends, meeting new lifters, and watching every athlete grow was the highlight. I’m grateful to be part of a community that lifts each other up and feels like family.
