Each prerelease participant receives 1 Secrets of Strixhaven prerelease kit and 30% off any accessories, drinks, or snacks purchased with their entry.
Every player will get to spin our Secrets of Strixhaven giveaway wheel, featuring giveaway items like promo packs, booster packs, bundles, booster boxes, accessories, and more at the end of the event (must be present to spin the wheel and receive the prize).
Players will receive 2 Secrets of Strixhaven Play Booster Packs for each match they win during the event. Players that go undefeated will receive 1 Secrets of Strixhaven Collector Booster Pack.
Last but not least is our costume contest! Players are invited to showcase their school spirit with their best Strixhaven Costumes. Chosen by the crowd itself, the player with the best costume will receive 1 Secrets of Strixhaven Play Booster Box!

Our Pokémon, Riftbound, & Casual Commander events got somemgood turnouts today. That window tint made a huge difference inside. Its awesome to have a full house of players having a good time.

Shoutout to U.S. Film Crew for an awesome job tinting the glass. This will make future signage on the outside stand out more. But, best of all, our players no longer need to worry about that evening glare we were getting at sunset. What do you think? Was it an upgrade?

URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING TODAY'S NEWTYPE CHALLENGE EVENT.
It has come to my attention that In this week's shipment from our Distributor, the event kit for our Newtype Challenge event was not sent to us. This has been an unfortunate combination of members of our staff failing to stay on top of the shipments and addressing missing contents immediately as well as our rep with this distributor being on leave, and their fill in being horribly incompetent. Amidst dealing with the issues this individual has caused regarding Pokémon and Union Arena Releases this week, the event kit was overlooked. That part is on us and there is no excuse. We are beyond greatful for the massive increase in player events and business that has come from our community in recent weeks. In turn we must do better to continue earning that support, and we plan to.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR TODAY'S EVENT?
Our expectation is that, just like with the other items our distributor failed to send in time, we will receive the prizing kit for this event next week. With that in mind we will proceed as originally intended. Today's event entry will be reduced to $0. All players will be asked to provide reliable contact info so that, as soon as the prizing kit arrives, we can contact them to pick up their prizing. Players that are unable to return for pickup for any reason will be offered the option to have their prizing shipped to them, at no charge. All prizing will be shipped in a bubble mailer, with cardboard inserts, toploaders, & tracking to ensure safe arrival.

We truly appologize for any inconvenience or dissappointment this may cause. We are taking this an opportunity to continue refining our process of organizing, managing, and hosting events and sincerely appreciate your continued support of Keystone Games as your LGS.
