Dear Oak View tenants, I talked to our contractor tonight and they will get to our sidewalks either late tonight or early tomorrow. Stay safe and stay indoors if you don't have to get out.
Oak View Village will be CLOSED Monday January 26th, 2026. Hopefully we will reopen Tuesday.

Our Christmas get together was a huge success. All of our tenants here had a blast and made some great food.

Oak View had an awesome turn out for our paint and sip tonight! Thank you Debbie Williams for putting this together. Everyone had a blast and did so amazing with their paintings.
Hello everyone, I finally have access to Oak View's page!!!
Just wanted to let everyone know the office will be closed tomorrow. I had a last minute appointment pop up for one of my children. I will be back Thursday morning.
Dear Tenants,
It has been an honor and a blessing to be your property manager and friend these past 10 years. I thank you for your cards, gifts, hugs and best wishes. They mean so much to me. It's very surreal, this retirement thing. As I left my keys on the desk and closed the office door, I had a hard time believing I wouldn't be opening that door again.
I am going to volunteer to call bingo from time to time and will stop in for a morning cup of coffee with the coffee group. I will certainly miss all of you. Take very good care of yourself. Love Debbie.
