Rates and Fees (Daily Rate / 9am - Midnight)
9am – Midnight
$1,500 (Building access will be given at 9am day of rental)

If building is available:

Additional $500 fee for building access prior to the day of rental for setup or decorating only
Payment Terms
Thirty percent of the total contract fee is due at contract signing. The total contract fee is the Rental Rate plus the Refundable Damage Deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Refundable Damage Fee
$500
A full refund of the damage fee will be given after a property inspection to ensure the venue is clear of any damage that might have occurred during the contracted event.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of an event more that 60 days prior to the event will result in a full refund less a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be given to events cancelled 59 days or less prior to the event. If an event is rescheduled within six months of the original event date, all deposits will be applied to the balance of the new event.






Additional Information
• Parking – Parking should be contained to the allotted parking spaces for the Dave Fant building. Please do not park along the street or any other areas outside of the building’s parking lot
• Rental Time - Rental prices are based on a consecutive 15-hour period and must include time for set up and clean up. All rental times must be concluded by midnight of the day of the scheduled event. Early arrivals will not be allowed without prior approval. Extra fees will be charged for use beyond scheduled hours.
• Set up and Clean up - Users are responsible for setting up and cleaning up their own decorations during their rental time and are required to leave the facility as they found it, both inside and outside the premises. Candles are allowed on tables when securely supported on substantial noncombustible bases with the candle flame protected. No tapers, candelabras or open flames allowed. All use of candles must be approved by the owners.
• Tables and Chairs – The building comes with x tables and x folding chairs. We will perform a basic set up of tables and chairs if the requested table layout is provided by customer. Any additional table or chair needs must be provided and/or rented.
• Animals are not permitted on the premises (including outdoor areas), with the exception of service animals.
• Not Allowed –
o No rice, silly string, confetti, glitter, birdseed, bubbles, faux petals or sparklers inside or outside the facility.
o No smoking inside or on the patio (smoking is only permissible in the parking lot areas).
o No nails, tacks, staples, glue, tape, putty or anything that penetrates the wood, brick, walls or ceiling is allowed.
o Nothing is to be removed from the building

Signatory of the Lessee must be twenty-one (21) years or older and present valid proof of age upon request.

Come to the David Fant Building on Friday September 11, 2015 for a fundraiser for Last Chance Animal Rescue and Halfway There Rescue. These two Rescues have been so generous to Union County and surrounding counties in an effort to rescue as many dogs and cats as possible so that they can find a forever home. Everyday, so many healthy dogs and cats are euthanized due to overpopulation and irresponsible people. Don't shop -adopt, you can make a difference in the life of a shelter pet.
We will have a band, food, and maybe a drawing or two for prizes.

Monday – Thursday
$400 per day 2pm-10pm
Friday and Sunday
$700 12pm-11pm

Saturday $1000 per day

Refundable damage deposit $500
