And some days we play, I mean work, in the mud!
Because the ground is too soft to park close,
30+ bags of Quikrete concrete had to be carried a distance to pour piers.
If you're curious, local building codes require the old piers to be dug out and replaced by much larger piers to support the new sunroom addition.
Next up, framing!!
When you need an accessible shower, sometimes it means a remodel or fixture reconfigure.
The Onyx base makes for easy cleaning.

Footings and foundation poured, forms stripped, spray tar waterproofing and draintile done!
Hurry up and wait......concrete is curing so framing can begin!!
