As a business owner if you needed talented help in years past you could make a few calls and have what you needed in a very short time frame. Now I have come to the realization that we have to change our way of thinking unless you can afford to overpay for the talent that is left , we need to look for the qualities on this list and pass our talents on to the young ones.

Out with the old . Making room for the new. Our new Okuma M460 is on the way. If only these machines came with a body to run them. Competition for employees as a business owner in the Tool and Die Industry has me concerned about the future of our trade.
