Shout out to all of the construction team at Carolina Commons Apartments. From just over a month ago, a terrible fire to new underground and concrete slab to framing in just a month. These guys are committed to getting this student housing building ready as quick as possible.

We want to send a huge THANK YOU to the incredible first responders who responded so quickly to the apartment fire at one of our construction projects.

Your fast action, professionalism, and bravery made all the difference. Because of you, a dangerous situation was brought under control quickly and safely. We are truly grateful for the dedication you show our community every single day.

To the firefighters, police officers, and emergency personnel who were on scene — thank you for protecting lives and property and for putting yourselves on the line to keep others safe. We appreciate you more than words can say.

TBA Constructions Fire & Security Division, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Fire Alarm Technician/Installer.
-The Fire Alarm Technician/Installer will be responsible for the service and installation of fire alarm systems as well as other types of low voltage systems.
-Candidates must skilled and experienced with electrical low voltage fire alarm systems and the ability to install these systems.
-Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional manner are all required. The ability to work flexible schedules to accommodate testing/installation and service work in occupied buildings is required.
-NICET certification preferred but not required.
-Some travel required (2-3 days per week)
-Candidates must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record to be approved to drive a company vehicle.
-All applicant are subject to a drug screening.
-Hourly wage will be commensurate with experience
-Per Diem is provided with travel
-Company transportation is provided for this position

-The candidate should have a high school diploma/GED at a minimum.
-Candidates with no experience to very experienced are encouraged to apply.
-Hourly wage will be commensurate with experience.
-This position will require traveling to different cities within the state/out of state. Work is generally a day project and almost never requires overnight travel.
-Construction is not for everyone. If you have the willingness to work hard and show up daily to work, then this is the job for you. We are seeking dedicated employees!
