Last week at Linmark we came together for our All-Company Q1 Meeting!

Along with our regular business updates, we added some fun and well-deserved recognition for our awesome machinists. We held two prize drawings—one for attendance/ no tardy and one for responsibility in documenting part travelers. A paid day off, lottery tickets, and of course snacks were all prize options

As always, we kicked things off with some friendly trivia. This month’s theme?…Brand Slogans! Let’s just say Todd knows his stuff!

We also took time to celebrate some very special work anniversaries.

• Lance: 20 years of dedication and craftsmanship

• Darren & Matt: 10 years each of expertise and commitment

We’re proud to recognize the hard work and loyalty of our team. If that kind of trust and dedication doesn’t speak to the culture here at Linmark, we don’t know what does!

🎉 A Busy and Joyful Season at Linmark! 🎉

The past couple of months have been packed with celebrations and heartfelt moments here at Linmark..

🍳 November kicked off with our annual Employee Appreciation Breakfast. Our owner went all out, whipping up a full breakfast for the entire team and serving it piping hot right at the 9 a.m. break. It’s a tradition we all look forward to and cherish!

🎉 We also celebrated an incredible milestone. After 46 years of dedication, our beloved Office Manager, Joan Marquart, retired. Joan’s contributions to Linmark have been immeasurable, and while we’re overjoyed for her new adventures, we’ll deeply miss her joyful spirit and wealth of knowledge. Thank you, Joan!

🎄 Christmas brought a twist this year. Instead of our usual festivities, we headed to a local arcade for a fun-filled afternoon of pinball, skee-ball, basketball, pool, and even darts. (Watch out, local leagues—our office staff might just take the championship next!)

☕ And, of course, the holiday magic wouldn’t be complete without our Cocoa Cart! For the third year, Krista and Cacey spread cheer throughout the shop, decked out in festive attire and serving up hot cocoa, snacks, and holiday tunes.
