A power outage is scheduled for tonight. I recommend that you unplug all electronic devices that are not protected by a surge protector and if possible, to turn off all devices even those on suppressors. If you can turn off everything even better. Turning off your main power after the outage is started is safest, because after power is started often surges are experienced. Its safest to.turn on breaker by breaker after power is restored and steady to keep your electronic devices and appliances from experiencing sudden surges in electrical power which could damage them.
