Tyler Community Band

We are a group of musicians of any age who perform concert band literature to the community free of charge. He stepped down after the Spring 1994 concert. Mr.

The band started as an attempt to grow a band at the University of Texas at Tyler. Richard Highfill started The Symphonic Band with about 6 students and filled in with community members. Ronnie Todd took over in the Fall and renamed the band the University of Texas at Tyler Community Wind Ensemble.
