This one is special. During the design phase, the client saw a gap in the building process and created something bigger—Buildhaus. A way to source windows, doors, lighting, cabinetry (and more) factory-direct, without the middleman.

And this home? It delivers.

This one has been SO fun to design — a true entertainer’s dream from front door to backyard.
Think: a state-of-the-art pool + lounge, vaulted game room and bar, fitness room, golf simulator room, and a double-stacked garage for a serious car collection… and that’s just the beginning.

Watching it come to life in real time is the best kind of full-circle moment.

One of my favorite parts of design will always be this sketch stage — gentle lines, and the first glimpse of a home’s personality. This custom plan set is close to being finished and heading into construction soon. Can’t wait to share more as she comes to life.

Touring this completed design was a surreal moment. In a season where white-painted homes are everywhere, this traditional red brick beauty stands out with its classic charm and architectural depth.

Timeless details, thoughtful proportions, and a layout built to live beautifully—this one was a joy to bring to life.

Obsessed with the balance of clean lines, soft textures, and this arched glass door that makes a statement without shouting. A floorplan design and elevation can act as a template and the real design options happen in 3D (before the construction)! Let that sink in… A few small tweaks and the whole personality of this house changes 🩷
