Meet Chef Sammi! Hailing from Lebanon, where his family was famous for their falafel restaurant, he immigrated to the US with his family at 17. He’s spent many years in the restaurant industry and has traveled the world exploring food. He will be front and center in the Nourish Kitchen making you feel at home and sharing stories of his travels and culture! He’s a treasure just like all the members of the Nourish ETX team. We’ll be opening next week so come on in and meet him!
