We’re hiring a Supply Chain Manager at Clements Fluids in Tyler, TX. Relocation is available for the right candidate.

This role is built for a high-performing operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, solves complex problems under pressure, and takes pride in mastering the details that keep operations moving.

We are specifically looking for someone with:
✔ Strong Oil & Gas or industrial operations experience
✔ End-to-end purchasing and supply chain leadership experience
✔ High business and financial acumen
✔ Strong analytical and systems capability
✔ Vendor strategy and contract negotiation experience
✔ Ability to manage shifting priorities with urgency and precision
✔ A disciplined, accountable, and highly driven leadership style

The right person is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and high levels of accountability. They will be energized by ownership, operational problem-solving, supplier strategy, ex*****on, and delivering results in demanding environments.

We’re excited to share that Tiffani Rodriguez has been promoted to People Team Business Leader & Communications at Clements Fluids.

Since joining our team, Tiffani has made a meaningful impact through her deep understanding of our operations, strong relationships across our plants, and commitment to how we lead and support our people.

In this role, she will continue partnering with Operations leaders to build stronger teams, support performance, and drive accountability across the business. She will also lead our communication strategy to ensure clarity, alignment, and connection across the organization.

Tiffani’s growth is a great example of what’s possible when potential meets opportunity. We’re excited for the impact she will continue to make.
