Big news for Downtown Tyler! The Blackstone Hotel is returning with 140 guest rooms, event space, and modern amenities through a $47.7 million investment by Valencia Hotel Group. This project will create new jobs, welcome visitors, and give us all more reasons to celebrate in the heart of our city.
The hotel project also complements the City’s Downtown Improvement Project, beginning this September. Infrastructure will be upgraded, streets and sidewalks refreshed, and new landscaping, lighting, and gathering spaces will bring fresh energy.
As these improvements come to life alongside new destinations like the Blackstone, residents will enjoy a more walkable, welcoming, and vibrant Downtown, a place to connect at community events, shop local, and relax in beautiful new green spaces!
