About the P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship (IPS) | P.E.O. International The International Peace Scholarship Fund, established in 1949, is a program which provides scholarships for selected women from other countries for graduate study in the United States or Canada. Members of P.E.O. believe that education is fundamental to world peace and understanding.

Grad School 180 is a competition for graduate students to explain their research or scholarly/creative projects in three minutes with the help of only one PowerPoint slide.

This research competition features 13 participants vying for the First ($500), Second ($250) and Third ($125) place, determined by judges at the final round. Finalists are also eligible to win a People’s Choice award ($500) based on audience votes.
