At CrossFit Tyler, we're surrounded by incredible people, and this month we want to recognize two members who truly embody what our community is all about.

James and Rachel were selected by our coaching staff because they consistently lead by example. They are generous, encouraging, hardworking, supportive, outstanding athletes, and they genuinely love the CrossFit Tyler community.

They're dedicated and competitive in the gym, yet remain humble. They welcome coaching, embrace feedback, and are always striving to grow—not just as athletes, but as people.

Recently, James and Rachel volunteered countless hours helping finish the back wall in our new building, making our space feel even more like home. They gave their time and effort without ever expecting anything in return. That's the kind of selfless spirit that makes this community so special.
