Lord, we lift up the fatherless to You, our perfect heavenly Father. Dr. Daniel J. Cabrera is a Doctor of Behavioral Health and a Licensed Professional Counselor. He attended East Texas Baptist University after graduating high school, where he earned a BS in Psychology and a MA in Counseling. He also earned a Doctorate of Behavioral Health from Arizona State University and holds an additional Master’s of Education for Healthcare Professionals from Texas A&M University.

Daniel has over 10 years of experience in mental health and processing through depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and other behavior concerns. Outside of work, he enjoys serving at Bethel Bible Henderson, playing pickleball/tennis, working out, and running. He currently lives in Henderson, TX with his wife, Taryn, and their 2 dogs.

Daniel believes mental, emotional, and behavioral health is vital to address and wants to help those who may feel alone or struggling with theirs. Daniel understands that life and what life brings can be overwhelming but also believes Christ will use those struggles and adversity for His glory and our good. “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us” (Romans 8:18, ESV).
