Additive metal manufacturing isn't a million dollar process anymore.
Printed on the new Markforged 3D printer - this brake lever illustrates the closed-cell infill available with the Metal X. By printing the part with a hollow closed – cell internal structure, parts printed with a Metal X are lighter and lower cost while still maintaining the surface hardness and strength.
Automatic post processing – This metal part was washed and sintered using our standard metal post-processing solution.
Additional post processing – Before sintering, this brake lever was lightly hand sanded.

Graphene strikes again! Is there anything that it can't do?
Graphene used to make stronger, greener concrete Graphene, the "wonder material" composed of a one-atom-thick sheet of linked carbon atoms, is the world's strongest manmade material. Now, scientists have used it to create a new type of concrete that is much stronger, water-resistant and eco-friendly than what we're used to.
