Throughout April and May, VME competed against other local businesses in 13 different events as a part of the City of Tyler's Corporate Challenge, an Olympics-format competition designed to promote health, wellness, and networking opportunities within the Tyler business community.

It’s not all about winning, of course, but just to have it on record…. Team VME placed first in bowling and kickball, second in dodgeball, mini golf, punt pass kick and third place in table tennis.

But the greater win was having the opportunity to spend time together outside of work while representing VME in such an exciting event. People are the foundation of VME and this was the perfect setting to enjoy fun times with each other!

Big thank you to the City of Tyler for organizing this event and serving our community by sending 10 percent of the proceeds to the United Way of Smith County to help those in need.
