Bad Apples Robotics Team

Bad Apples had a great day at the E League Tournament on Saturday. They were in #1 Robot Matches for the season. Their alliance won the Playoffs for the tournament. They won the Judges Choice Award. With all the wins, they are advancing to the North Texas Regional Championship in Flower Mound in February. They have worked so hard to overcome the challenges with Robert breaking his hand. Jonah stepped up to drive, Noah stepped up to help Jonah learn to drive quickly. Lincoln stepped up to transport the robot, since Robert could move or pick up the robot. Chloe stepped up to help Robert with robot maintenance since Robert's brace couldn't fit into inside the robot. I am so proud of how they have really become a team to depend on and support each other.

I am so proud of these two guys, Robert Maddox and Noah Winters. For the Quailifer this weekend, we had 2 teammates get sick, so 1/2 of our team was not able to come. These two stepped up and worked so hard all day. Out of the 1st 6 matches, they were 4-1-1. For the first time, they made the playoffs and were 1-2. So we ended up 4th overall in the Quailifer. It was such a fun day. What a way to wrap up our 2nd year in FTC and 5th year in robotics as team mates.
