FINCH Pool and Spa Service

With the freeze warning ahead, please keep inmind these few things in regards to your swimming pool and spa! 🌬️
•The freeze mode should keep your pumps circulating water when the air temperature is near or below freezing. If the circulation slows abnormally low, the first thing to check is the water level and baskets. (Some water features cause water loss that can add up over this long time period of freeze mode operation.) 🧊
•If you find yourself needing to add water to the pool, one idea is to keep the water hose in an above freezing room until ready to use. Also helpful for watering pets. If water spicket/valve has ice on it pouring warm water on it just before you hook it up should help. Then quickly re-store the hose and cover the spicket/valve to protect them when finished. ❄️

•Remember that if you override the freeze mode or shut off your pumps for any reason it may give the plumbing time to freeze. 🥶
•If you loose electricity and you decide to drain the water out of the pool equipment to minimize freeze damage, remember to turn off the breakers that supply power to the pool equipment.
•Most pool equipment has drain plugs that can be removed to empty the component of water, including the heater. After the plugs are removed open all the equipment valves and leave all lids loose to allow the water to drain.
•If your pool level (elevation) is higher than your equipment there are more steps to take so please contact me. (Pool water will continue to drain out unless measures are taken to stop it).
•Do not place anything that can catch fire near the pool pump or that clog the air vents on the pumps. 🔥
•If you cover a heater always turn off the gas to it to prevent it igniting for any reason! ⛽️
•Every single pool is unique and will require a personal evaluation to insure the proper equipment draining procedure.

Additionally, skittles are essential for sitting on the roof for an extended period! 😋 🍬

Finch Pool and Spa service is looking to hire a full time pool cleaner.
We are looking for a motivated hard working person to maintain swimming pools and spas. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, have a clean criminal and driving record, be a non-smoker (you will be dealing with swimming pool chemicals), be able to regularly lift, twist, and bend over while maintaining balance, be of great moral character and willing to learn new ways of completing task daily, be able to speak english and communicate well with the public, be able to identify colors, and be dedicated to work long hours when needed to complete a route.
Pay will increase as applicant grows and becomes trusted and proficient!!

Swimming pool cleaner (Tyler)
compensation: Starting pay $14 per hour-(raises based on work ethic and proficiency).
